In this role, you will take ownership of Secondary (Control & Protection) engineering across high-voltage substation and energy quality projects throughout Europe.

How you’ll make an impact
Deliver and coordinate all Control & Protection engineering scope for HV substations.
Create and review diagrams, schematics, panel designs, and cabling documentation.
Ensure integrity, completeness, and correct functionality of substation systems.
Lead design, calculations, and documentation from base design to project close-out.
Provide technical recommendations and identify risks and improvements.
Support project teams with scope changes, including cost, time, and risk assessments
Resolve complex technical issues remotely and on-site (international travel occasionally).
Collaborate cross-functionally and provide support during testing, installation, and commissioning.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
Proven experience in Control & Protection engineering for high-voltage substations.
Strong knowledge of substation engineering and auxiliary services.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for design and drafting.
Commitment to safe work practices and quality standards.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-driven mindset
