Corporate Finance
Corporate Finance, a core function within SEB Investment Banking, leads the Nordic market in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) advisory. Our clients include Nordic large corporates, financial sponsors and global companies with strategic interests in Northern Europe.
Corporate Finance Growth
Corporate Finance Growth, is a full-service advisory team for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions such as stock market listings and capital raisings. Dedicated to support small- and medium sized corporates (SME), financial sponsors and family-owned businesses with an interest in M&A and ECM in the Nordic region. Our team engage with SMEs and its owners throughout the corporate journey – from scaling through to a potential exit.
About the role
We offer full-time Analyst positions for recent graduates with relevant experience. As an Analyst, you will play an integral role in our project teams supporting transactions from day one. Your work will span valuation analysis and modelling, market research, preparation of presentation materials and actively participating in team discussions and client meetings. You will have the opportunity to work across several different industries, with different types of transactions and in different phases of companies’ growth journeys.
