Principal Accountabilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor Yards/Hides areas, including routine removal of debris and waste

  • Perform housekeeping tasks such as washing down surfaces and assisting with equipment cleaning

  • Safely dispose of waste and materials in accordance with facility and environmental guidelines

  • Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Support operators with basic tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations

  • Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods

  • Assist with maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Previous Painting or General Labor experience
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Previous forklift experience
