Salary Range $19.61 - $24.51*

This is a full-time, seasonal role running from September/October through late December/early January, depending on business needs. This role is not eligible for benefits.

YOU WILL BE:

As a Support Associate, Wrap & Pack you will be responsible for wrapping customer purchases and preparing them for shipment in accordance with company standards. This includes packaging, manifesting, and shipping customer merchandise based on customer or sales associate specifications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Execute high-quality gift wrapping for customer merchandise in strict alignment with company presentation and brand standards.

• Prepare items for safe transit by selecting appropriate materials, assembling (corrugating) shipping containers, and properly padding delicate goods.

• Review and execute specific packaging, message, or delivery instructions provided by customers or sales associates.

• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure order accuracy, premium presentation, and compliance with company dispatch standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to deliver outstanding service to customers and associates.

• Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to follow wrap and pack standards for all items.

• Ability to stand and walk around the store or department for prolonged periods.

• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS

The hourly range for this position is $18 /hr. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
