Phase V Fulfillment is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Fort Myers, FL. We partner with e-commerce and wholesale brands to deliver fast, accurate, and scalable fulfillment solutions. Our Warehouse Specialists are a critical tier of our operations team — experienced, versatile contributors who keep the warehouse running at a high level across fulfillment, inventory, and client-facing activities.
The Warehouse Specialist is a mid-level warehouse role designed for experienced associates who have demonstrated accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Specialists go beyond standard order fulfillment to support the full scope of warehouse operations — including receiving inbound product, managing inventory integrity, processing returns, executing assigned projects, and serving as a point of coordination between the warehouse floor and Account Management or client contacts.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize across multiple tasks, and a professional approach to cross-functional communication.
This is a seasonal full-time position created to support Phase V Fulfillment during its high-volume season, when order volumes and operational demands increase. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and the ability to contribute effectively to the team may have the opportunity to continue in a permanent position, based on business needs and available opportunities.

• Stage, sort, and putaway inbound inventory to assigned bin locations per client storage requirements
• Flag and document any discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged goods immediately

• Log all return activity accurately in ShipHero and document any exceptions
• Communicate return trends or recurring issues to Account Management for client awareness
• Accept and execute assigned warehouse projects with urgency and accuracy
• Projects may include relabeling, repackaging, kitting, bundle builds, inventory reorganization, client-specific prep work, or special fulfillment programs

• Provide status updates to Team Leads upon project milestones or completion
• Document project outcomes as required for client or internal reporting
• Serve as a warehouse-level point of contact for questions or issues escalated by Account Management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, hazmat handling requirements, and operational policies
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners, hand trucks) safely and correctly
• Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process improvements where identified
