Job Description

The Seasonal Delivery Driver supports daily warehouse operations and provides safe, timely delivery of Music & Arts products between locations. This position splits time between warehouse functions and on-the-road deliveries based on business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive)

  • Locate and transfer product for daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy between physical product and order description.
  • Prepare, pack, and label items for shipment in line with company standards.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver product between locations, following all traffic regulations.
  • Load and unload products, including moving items with or without rolling carts.
  • Assist with product movement within the facility, including staging or consolidating shipments.
  • Support warehouse team members with additional duties as needed.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience; $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Seasonality: Position is anticipated to run from May 2026- September 2026.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

To join our band, you'll need the following skills, education, and experience:

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Six months of warehouse experience (preferred).
  • One year of delivery driving experience (preferred).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to navigate warehouse locations and accurately locate product.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to identify and correct errors quickly.
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in the warehouse and independently while on the road.
  • Offers of employment are contingent upon successful background and motor vehicle record checks.

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORT

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move within a warehouse environment for extended periods.
  • Ability to drive various company vehicles (box trucks, cargo vans) and work safely in outdoor environments and changing weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions safely for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely climb and work on ladders when needed.
