4 month contract - Hybrid Model

Seasonal Talent Acquisition Associate

The Seasonal Talent Acquisition Associate provides support to the organization in hourly recruiting and strategic candidate sourcing initiatives. This role partners with employees and leadership to advise on staffing-related issues, implement solutions, and execute recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants. The associate also researches and identifies proactive recruiting resources including internet platforms, community outreach, and printed advertising.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team and senior managers to design and implement innovative strategies.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to source talent and publish job postings.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal management teams to understand departmental hiring needs.
  • Create and release job postings on platforms such as social media and job boards.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources to identify quality candidates and prospect for new business.
  • Screen resumes, qualify candidates, conduct interviews, and assist with final offer negotiations.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records including prospects, hires, and terminations.
  • Follow up on interview status and update internal records.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiting staff.

Education / Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources required.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, database management, and internet search tools.
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (e.g., phone, video).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience developing recruiting strategy preferred.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
