As a Student Support Assistant, you are a vital part of the safety team. You’ll ride alongside our professional drivers to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for every student on the bus.
What You’ll Do:
Assist Students: Help students board and exit the bus safely, providing extra support for younger children or those with special needs.
Maintain Safety: Monitor the bus environment to ensure all students remain seated and safe while in motion.
Community Connection: Build positive rapport with students, acting as a helpful guide during their daily commute.
Team Collaboration: Partner with our drivers to manage the bus environment effectively and professionally.
A Heart for Kids: Patience, kindness, and a firm-but-fair attitude toward children of all ages.
Reliability: Our students count on us every morning and afternoon!
Clear Communication: Ability to work well with drivers, school staff, and parents.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
