What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting top talent faster than your morning coffee kicks in.
• Interviewing candidates and matching them with the right opportunities.
• Managing employee calls, texts, questions, and occasional "life emergencies."
• Building relationships with clients, employees, and the community.
• Solving staffing challenges like the workforce expert you are.
• Keeping up with onboarding, compliance, and documentation.
• Supporting recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives.
• Celebrating wins and navigating challenges with confidence and a sense of humor.
