We directly support Target’s bottom line through building guest loyalty as the retailer of choice and taking care of our team members so that they can get back tothe workthey do best, from headquarters to stores to distribution centers.

As a SeasonalSpecialistFinancial ProductsOperations, you will work in the Brooklyn Park facility and provide back-office support to our guests, TES service centers, external vendors and agencies, and business partners by researching, reviewing, and processing written requests in a timely and accurate manner. These requests are related toFinancial Productsaccount maintenance, collection processes, payment inquiries, and legal documents such as subpoenas andaffidavits You willbe responsible forclearly understanding and abiding by all policies and procedures and adhering to strict data security guidelines and compliance regulations, while achieving performance and service level goalsutilizingstrong time management and attention to detail You’llensure proper destruction of thismediabased on Target’s retentionguidelines.

• Training and Permanent schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm CST

• Work Location: This is an on-site, in-office position at Target North Campus in Brooklyn Park, MN. Seasonal employees are expected to work from the office location during scheduled business hours.

About you:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years ofpreviousguest experience or customer service experience

• Ability to interact with guests, teammembersand internal business partners with a professional,friendlyandempatheticstyle.

• Detail oriented andaccurate

• Works well on a team while being self-motivated

• Ability to use various information sources to answer questions,identifyproblems and appropriately resolve guest issues

• Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and highproficiencywith PC/Microsoft applications

• ProficiencywithFiservpreferred

• Requires standing in 2 –4 hourincrements on occasion while sorting media from the store
