Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly
Job Title: Seasonal Shuttle Driver
Reports to: Security Manager
Rate: $15-16/hr
Timeframe: Seasonal, April through October
Shifts Available: Tuesday – Saturday from 6am-11am or Sunday from 4am-11am. Commitment of 5-6 days per week for 5-6 hours shifts. Schedules and shifts can vary depending on candidate availability.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drives the shuttle from the employee parking lot to the main clubhouse.
- Ensures the shuttle is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Handles unexpected situations with grace and professionalism; providing thoughtful solutions to unexpected problems.
- Shuttle workers every 15 minutes from the parking lot to the clubhouse, and back.
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality towards colleagues and shuttle users.
- Interact with shuttle users in a friendly manner.
- Stop to pick up team members that are walking from the clubhouse or parking lot.
Education and
Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid IL driver’s license.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a willingness to serve and a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events, and most holidays.
- Must have the ability to be sitting and driving for extended periods of time.
- No professional experience required.
