Join the Emergency Department as a Seasonal RN and play a critical role in delivering lifesaving care at Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana.

In this fast-paced, high-acuity setting, you'll assess, treat, and stabilize patients facing a wide range of medical emergencies. As part of a Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, you'll work alongside skilled professionals dedicated to providing immediate and compassionate patient care.

Seasonal Position Details:

  • 13-week assignment (Full-time 36 hours a week schedule required)

  • 15% premium on base pay (Seasonal Premium)

  • $1,000 bonus after 30 days in position

  • $1,000 bonus after 60 days in position

  • $2,000 completion bonus after the 13-week assignment

  • No health benefits, but eligible for 401(k)


What to Expect:

As a Seasonal RN in the Emergency Department, you will:

  • Triage and provide immediate care for a wide variety of trauma, cardiac, stroke, and acute illness patients

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where every second counts

  • Utilize advanced technology and innovative emergency care protocols

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, techs, and first responders, to provide seamless, lifesaving care

  • Continue to develop your skills through hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities


Who You Are:

  • A licensed RN passionate about emergency care.

  • Two (2) years of Emergency Department (ED) experience required.

  • ACLS, PALS, TNCC certification required, ENPC preferred.

  • Thrives in high-pressure situations and excels in fast-paced environments

  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

  • Committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and families in their most vulnerable moments.

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: 1900-0700

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
