Seasonal RN – Logan Health Chester
Full-time | 13-week commitment | Critical Access Hospital

This is your chance to take on meaningful work in a small Montana hospital where your skills are valued and your impact is clear. At Logan Health Chester, you'll gain diverse experience, support a tight-knit community, and earn extra income along the way.

Seasonal Compensation:

  • Full-time work schedule required for at least 13 weeks

  • 15% premium on base pay

  • $1,000 bonus after 30 days

  • $1,000 bonus after 60 days

  • $2,000 completion bonus after the 13-week assignment

  • Eligible for 401(k)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Critical care experience in any setting (ED, ICU, etc.)

  • Med/Surg or Long-Term Care experience a plus

  • Current Montana or compact RN license

  • ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required at start

  • Independent, flexible nurses who thrive in rural environments

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
