Summary:
The Seasonal Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Recruitment. This position will require high-volume recruiting and an entrepreneurial spirit.  They will be responsible for filling open positions and will help the company reach strategic goals by attracting and hiring top-performing employees from entry to mid-level support staff.  This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through the orientation process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with department leaders to define hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and closing job offers to candidat
- Partner with hiring managers to develop candidate profiles and competitive sourcing strategies for requisitions.
- Review resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and knowledge.
- Pre-screen candidates by conducting in-person, virtual, and phone interviews while providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate interviews.
- Manage and coordinate all communication, scheduling, and logistics of all interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize, decide, and manage all online recruiting resources and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), employee referrals, job fairs, and networking events
- Assist in preparing various documents such as verifications of employment, offer letters, acknowledgements, etc.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and best practices.
- Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced computer knowledge skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
