We’re looking for sun-loving Pool Attendants who takes pride in creating an exceptional resident experience through warm hospitality and sharp eye to detail. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves the outdoors, thrives on engaging with others and takes pride in keeping things looking their best.
The Opportunity
In this role, your presence directly shapes the resident experience. As a Pool Attendant, you are the face of the community’s outdoor lifestyle, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment where residents can relax and enjoy their day.
You’ll work closely with the on-site team and will take ownership of both, the atmosphere and the details that keep the pool area running smoothly..
Key areas of focus include:
- Maintaining aesthetics of the pool area
- Obtain rent roll list of current resident names for proper check in/out
- Responsible for enforcing pools rules and policies.
- Uphold standards for pool etiquette
- Be a point of contact for residents requests and concerns in the pool area
- Monitoring traffic reports and supporting on site team as needed
This is a role for someone who enjoys being organized, values precision, and understands the impact of getting the details right.
What You Bring to the Team
You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read situations, prevent issues before they escalate, and confidently handle difficult interactions. You are a team player who stays calm under pressure, approaches challenges with patience and professionalism, and maintains a positive, self-motivated attitude.
You are organized, attentive to your surroundings, and comfortable working outdoors in high temperatures while remaining on your feet for extended periods. You are also dependable and flexible, with full availability on weekends throughout the summer, including holidays like July 4th and Labor Day.
