BASIC PURPOSE

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, andoshiboriservice, spritzing,towelsandassistancewith seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.

• Respond to all interactions in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction

• Comply withall Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, andoshiboriservice, spritzing,towelsandassistancewith seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.

• Provideaccurateinformation to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements;anticipateguest needs.

• Comply withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands

• Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner

• Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively

• Swimming/lifeguardskills toassista guest in distress

• CPR/First Aid skills/certification

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience

• Experience: Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.

• Skills and Abilities: Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read and speak English.

• Travel required: none

• HoursrequiredEight- or Ten-hourshift; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
