Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our culinary team- a cook who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What are we looking for?

  • An individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and strong work ethic arerequiredin this position

  • A genuine, caring, and collaborativeprofessional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others 

  • Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience 

  • Self-motivated, able to work well independently, and consistently takes initiative

What would you bring to the table?

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation  preferred

  • High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred  

  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays 

  • Proficiency in English 

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to stand and move around the kitchen for the entire shift

What would my job responsibilities be?

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen station, ensuring efficiency and consistency

  • Assistin the development and preparation of menu items and seasonal specials for the pastry department

  • Execute and complete all daily dessert production according to established recipes and standards

  • Communicate effectively with the Pastry Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chefregardingmenu updates, operational issues, and inventory shortages

  • Adhere to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines tomaintainhigh-quality production and visual excellence of desserts and pastries

  • Properly label, store, and organize all ingredients and products at the end of each shift

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards

  • Support management and team members by completingadditionaltasks and specialprojects asassigned

  • Follow established service standards to ensuretimelyand high-quality food delivery to guests
