Job Identification

We are looking for a Seasonal Operator in Namangan, Uzbekistan.

What We Expect

• Operate assigned production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality (bottles, caps, labels, filling level, coding, packaging).
• Report equipment issues and support basic maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, adjustments).
• Perform changeovers between product types as instructed.
• Follow safety, fire protection, sanitation, and environmental requirements.
• Keep the workplace clean and follow shift handover procedures.
• Control use of raw and packaging materials and minimize waste.
• Support continuous and efficient line operation across assigned stations (packaging, labeling, filling, blow‑molding, etc.).
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete required production documentation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Secondary vocational education.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Basic technical understanding (equipment operation).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• PC skills (MS Office) — an advantage.
• Basic English — a plus.
