Looking for a rewarding, active summer role?

We’re hiring full-time Seasonal Postal Operatives (Drivers) to join Jersey Post over the summer period. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out on the road delivering mail and parcels, as well as supporting our team during one of our busiest times of the year.

🚗 Full-time driving role – a valid driving licence is essential
🌴 A great way to stay busy over summer

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels across the island, including signed‑for items
  • Sort and prepare mail for delivery, including letters, parcels, PO Box items, and business mail
  • Process undeliverable and redirected mail accurately
  • Load and unload vehicles, and handle mail bags safely
  • Carry out parish sorting and organise mail routes effectively
  • Record and track mail using both manual systems and electronic scanning devices
  • Assist customers and provide a professional service
  • Work collaboratively as part of a flexible, fast‑paced team
