CHS SunBasin is seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist to support daily facility operations in Othello, WA. This role involves general labor duties such as cleaning, sweeping, grounds and facility maintenance, as well as assisting with weighing and dumping trucks and preparing them for loading and unloading. The position plays a key part in maintaining a safe, organized work environment while supporting inventory handling and overall operational efficiency. Candidates will work closely with team members and customers, ensuring courteous service and adherence to safety and company policies.
This is a seasonal position with an immediate start, expected to run through November or December based on business needs. The role requires availability for extended hours during peak season. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment performing a variety of hands-on tasks.
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
