Job Description

In this vital role, the Seasonal Operations Associate will ensure the seamless, secure, and timely processing of luxury repair orders, documents, and packages for clients and stores.

About the Opportunity:

  • Manage Inbound Logistics: Receive and safely unbox incoming orders from stores and clients, accurately process each order in the operational system, and sort items to support an organized, efficient workflow, while maintaining Tiffany’s standards for precision, safety, and quality.
  • Manage Outbound Logistics: Process completed service orders through systematic closeout, POS, packing, manifesting, and labeling steps, ensuring each package is accurately prepared, securely handled, and shipped in alignment with Tiffany’s quality, safety, and efficiency standards
  • Ensure Security & Organization: Maintain a safe, efficient workspace, manage supply inventory, and meticulously organize documentation.
  • Support Client Advocacy: Partner with internal teams to help resolve service issues and support a seamless repair experience.

About You:

  • 2+ years of business experience with a strong operational or distribution background (luxury retail or packing experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipping or operational systems with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to quickly shift tasks to meet dynamic business needs.

The Fine Print:

  • This is a seasonal role and will work through the end of January. There is potential for this to turn into a permanent role pending business needs and individual interest.
  • This role is full-time and the working hours are Monday through Friday; 9:15 AM - 5:15 PM with overtime as business needs require.
  • The hiring rate for this position is $20 - $21/hr. The rate of pay offered will depend upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
