Job Shift: Day, Job Summary

Responsible for performing entry-level daily warehouse activities in assembly during peak seasonal operations. This seasonal role supports increased production and order volume by sorting and preparing product kits for shipment. The Seasonal Operations Associate will work closely with other operations associates to ensure product quality standards are met and assembly tasks are completed accurately and on time to meet seasonal demand.

Essential Job Functions

• Reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and follows daily work assignments and operation priorities.
• Performs assembly tasks on a production line in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Packages completed products and prepares them for shipment to support timely order fulfillment.
• Inspects materials and finished goods for damage, defects, or irregularities and reports quality concerns to leadership
• Performs general housekeeping duties at the end of each shift to support a safe and efficient work environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Demonstrates flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours with short notice as needed to support operational need, in accordance with applicable law.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in tasks.
• Basic organizational skills with the ability to follow established processes.
• Effective time management skills to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Working Conditions

This job operates in a warehouse environment and could be exposed to various temperature changes. This role typically requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Candidate must have the ability to work in a loud environment.
