The Manufacturing Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing inventory levels within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory records, supports production needs, and helps maintain efficient supply chain operations by coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
· Maintain accurate inventory records in systems
· Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
· Track raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
· Generate inventory reports and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce waste
· 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
· Experience with inventory management systems
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50-$22.50.
