Landscaping, Lawn Mowing, Raking, Removing Brush, Laying Mulch, General Grounds keeping
Painting, Light Repairs, Replacing Lights, Cleaning Windows
Upkeep & General Maintenance of Seasonal Camp Properties
Light Cleaning & Sanitization (sweep, mop, dust, remove trash, and respond to requests)
All other duties as assigned, may include team projects, plumbing, beach maintenance, facility maintenance, etc.
Multiple locations including Plaistow, Haverhill and Kingston, NH
Previous handyman, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred but not required.  Must be able to work independently with an on-the-go attitude, ready for the next task, and the ability to prioritize needs while carrying out a regular checklist of tasks.  Previous experience working with children is a plus.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Applicants must submit a completed application and note preferred work location
Knowledge of boat and water safety required for all staff hired at the Marblehead location
Must have summer availability 8-5  Monday-Friday, May - August
