Job Shift: DaysAre you looking for a summer position where you are outside and on the ocean? This may be the position for you!
Children's Island is a beautiful ocean oasis in the middle of Marblehead Harbor. We are looking for a seasonal maintenance person to take care of the Island.
- Landscaping, Lawn Mowing, Raking, Removing Brush, Laying Mulch, General Grounds keeping
- Painting, Light Repairs, Replacing Lights, Cleaning Windows
- Upkeep & General Maintenance of Seasonal Camp Properties
- Light Cleaning & Sanitization (sweep, mop, dust, remove trash, and respond to requests)
- All other duties as assigned, may include team projects, plumbing, beach maintenance, facility maintenance, etc.
Previous handyman, custodial, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.  Must be able to work independently with an on-the-go attitude ready for the next task and the ability to prioritize needs while carrying out a regular checklist of tasks.  Previous experience working with children is a plus.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of boat and water safety is required for all staff hired.
- Must have summer availability 7am to 4pm  Monday-Friday, May - August
