THE JOB:

Are you passionate about providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships? As a Loyalty Card Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service at the MGM Rewards desk.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.75

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist players with all requests in a professional and timely manner, answer questions and address problems

• Explain the loyalty program in and benefits in detail

• Proven ability to effectively communicate marketing campaigns and strengthen brand awareness

• Utilize all aspects of the Patron Management System; input/update player information in the database system and issue loyalty program cards

• Review guest complaints and notify supervisor

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Looking for a seasonal role

• Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$17.75

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
