Do you have a current Lifeguard certification and a strong commitment to safety? As a Seasonal Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable pool environment for residents and guests. This is a full-time, seasonal position running from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies
- Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
- Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, furniture, and common areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with residents and guests to ensure a positive experience
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs as required

Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard certification (required)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required)
- Must be responsible, attentive, and reliable
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Professional, customer-service oriented attitude
- Must be able to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, during the season
- Ability to stand, sit, and remain alert for extended periods in outdoor conditions
