SALARY: $18 - $21 ($37,440 - $43,680 annual average excluding overtime)

Seasonal employees at Anheuser-Busch/Nutri-Turf LLC are a vital temporary workforce that we train for the busiest months of the year. Nutri-Turf Seasonal Landscaper roles help maintain the brewery grounds working with standard landscaping equipment alongside our full-time operators. Safety first, quality always. Seasonal employees are a critical part of our workforce: owning safety, supervising quality, and improving processes to ensure we’re operating at our best over the peak season!
Mow and trim facility grounds using appropriate equipment.
Clean and maintain equipment, buildings, and surrounding grounds.
Safely and efficiently operate various types of landscape equipment (string trimmers, mowers, leaf blowers, UTV’s etc.)
Perform irrigation operations which by starting, stopping, and monitoring pumps and control systems.
Apply weed control treatments to landscaped areas.
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
Clean equipment, buildings and grounds.
Effectively and thoroughly communicate with all team members.
Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures, safety, and sanitation practices are followed.
Conduct monthly inspections and control checks.
Champion safety and the use of technology to execute daily operations more efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
Able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.
Able to lift, pull, push and turn items up to 50 pounds required.
Able to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with computer and mobile applications preferred.
Experience preferred but not required.
