The University of Louisville Athletic Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Seasonal Instructional Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Program for the 2026-2027 academic year. The primary focus of this position will be assisting with our Swim program. The Seasonal Instructional Coach will provide sport-specific instruction/coaching on an individual and/or team basis. This position may assist coaches and/or athletics personnel with on-campus or local recruiting. The Seasonal Instructional Coach will report to the Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Swim and Dive or his/her designee. This is a fixed-term salaried position through May 31, 2027, earning $1,200 per month.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
