THE JOB:

As the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are spotless, organized, and welcoming—because housekeeping truly is the heartbeat of any hotel.

Ideal for college students studying hospitality or hotel operations or frontline employees looking to grow their careers, this seasonal position offers a front-row seat to how a hotel runs. You’ll support daily operations, assist with room inspections, coordinate housekeeping staff, and ensure service standards are met—all while building leadership skills and learning the intricacies of back-of-house operations.

THE STARTING RATE: $24.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responds to and resolves employee and guest concerns

• Ensure the overall cleanliness of property rooms

• Ensures the privacy and confidentiality of guests

• Maintains records including repairs needed, lost and found items, and quality of work completed by employees.

• Completes daily worksheets accurately and in a timely manner.

• Supervises assigned floors and ensures all rooms, hallways, and other areas are cleaned to property standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1 year prior relevant experience required

• Prior Housekeeping experience preferred

This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs.

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$24.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
