Shine Midland is a locally operated company entering our 16th year of serving homeowners and businesses in our community. We are a team of energetic professionals who believe in working hard, doing things the right way, treating people honestly and fairly, and having fun while we do it.
We are growing and preparing for another busy Holiday Lighting season, and we are looking for dependable, motivated people to join our team.

You do not need previous experience. We provide the training, equipment, technology, and support you need to be successful.
We are especially interested in candidates who are dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team.
We would like qualified candidates to begin training immediately. This is primarily a seasonal position for our Holiday Lighting season, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate:
Full-time seasonal position.
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Our Holiday Lighting season generally runs from late September through mid-December.
No previous experience is required.
We provide paid training and will teach you the skills necessary to succeed.
$16.00-$18.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, and applicable skills.
