Premier Cooperative is seeking a motivated and dependable Seasonal Grain Operator to support our Mineral Point location during. This individual will play a key role in day-to-day grain operations, including receiving, handling, and loading out grain while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and handle incoming grain efficiently and accurately
- Load out grain for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Maintain the physical plant and equipment, including routine maintenance and general housekeeping.
- Keep facilities, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work as part of a team to meet operational goals during peak demand periods
This position can work 40 hours a week or more limited hours.

- Ability to work in an outdoor, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends as needed during peak season - if willing to stay on for fall harvest
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Agriculture or grain handling experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment
- Exposure to grain dust, noise, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work around operating equipment safely
