Job Description

The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of service and the overall guest experience. This position involves efficiently delivering dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate tables, maintaining impeccable presentation standards, and collaborating with the kitchen and waitstaff to guarantee a smooth dining service.

This is a seasonal position for our Christmas-themed pop-up bar in the downstairs cocktail lounge.

Requirements

  • Seasonal Spirit: Embrace the festive atmosphere and contribute to the joyful kitsch of our over-the-top Christmas bar!
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to navigate swiftly through a crowded space, carrying food, and stand for extended periods.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient operation.
  • Customer Service: Prior experience in a customer-facing role and a passion for delivering exceptional service preferred.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle the fast-paced and dynamic nature of a large restaurant space. Thrive in a high-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes in volume and pace of service. Assist in other operational tasks, such as clearing tables or supporting the bar staff, as needed.
