Job Shift: DayPOSITION PURPOSE
The Pool Fence Assembly role is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing pool fence products in a warehouse environment. This role ensures products meet quality standards, are packaged correctly, and are ready for shipment or delivery. Efficiency, safety, and attention to detail are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
- Assemble pool fence components accurately according to work orders or assembly instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, proper alignment, and adherence to specifications.
- Package and label products for shipment or storage.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished products.
Secondary Functions:
- Report equipment issues, defects, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist team members to meet production deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, or assembly diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and handling tools safely.
- Manual dexterity to assemble, inspect, and package components.
- Frequent exposure to noise, warehouse conditions, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
