THE JOB:

As an Environmental Services Utility, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest. With your positive energy and attention to detail, you’ll help shape memorable experiences by ensuring our spaces are clean, inviting, and ready to impress. Your care and commitment will turn everyday moments into lasting impressions.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations

• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas

• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment

• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials

• Replenishes supplies when necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED Required

• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Experience with professional cleaning equipment Preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$22.50

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
