PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Operations, the Nutrition Services Truck driver will manage the products, vehicles, and routes assigned to them. Every day the driver is expected to execute the loading and unloading of all trucks in an efficient and accurate manner. Drivers are then expected to run their assigned route to include unloading product in designated areas. The driver is required to conduct basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues. This position requires substantial physical effort as well as the usage of high-level customer service and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
WORK SCHEDULE:Work schedules may vary based on daily workload, but typical hours are Monday - Friday. from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
