Seasonal – Division of the Fire Marshal Administrative Support
There are two positions available in which you will perform a variety of administrative support, record keeping, and/or clerical accounting duties for the Division of the Fire Marshal (DFM) at the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD). This role is best suited to candidates who enjoy working collaboratively on detail-oriented work in a small team environment.
These are seasonal (at-will) positions with benefits limited to those required by applicable state and federal laws, which include Worker's Compensation, Medicare, Unemployment Insurance, and PERA (Public Employees' Retirement Association).
These positions are subject to budget required furloughs to be implemented in the 2026 calendar year, and any furloughs subsequently approved.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (in office presence required), 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Work Location: Fire Department Complex, 375 Printers Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO 80910
Duration of seasonal position: Date of hire through December 31, 2026
