THE JOB:

As a Costumed Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining the cleanliness of

the bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique

stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with

us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Practice teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere

• Complies with all departmental and Company policies

• Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association

• Practice excellent grooming and uniform standards

• Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount

• Provides fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused service to our guests, while demonstrating leadership and teamwork to bar porters and beverage servers

• Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients

• Responsible to comply with and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures at all times

• Makes a variety of beverages, adheres to recipes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required

• 6+ Months of prior relevant experience bartending in a high-volume front bar, service bar, and/or fine dining environment, required

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$16.50

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
