Are you looking for a fulfilling seasonal position in the agricultural industry? CHS Inc. has a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Seasonal Data Entry Coordinator in Watertown, SD.

Schedule: Typically, Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, extended hours and Saturdays will be required once it gets busier

Job Duration: March- end of July

As a Seasonal Data Entry Coordinator at CHS, you will be responsible for:

- Loading and unloading crop nutrient products on and off trucks

- Completing data entry and paperwork on our computer and assisting office staff

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and accurate data entry into various systems, data bases, spreadsheets.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies. Perform follow up.
  • Provide information as requested.
  • Provide training to a backup.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • Knowledge of Administrative Assistance and Support
  • High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.

If eligibility requirements are met, you may participate in 401(k).
