Job Description

Objective

To assist in the everyday duties of Club Game Exchange. An integral part of the daily operations of CGE. Trained in both NFL and NCAA workflows.

Responsibilities:

-Assists with NFL game monitoring responsibilities to ensure NFL video staffs and coaches receive what they need for game planning. Bill also assists in making NFL weekly games available to all external clients (NCAA/CFL).

-QC’s NFL all-22 and broadcast footage as it comes in. Imports all NFL all-22 into both DVSport and XOS to ensure confidence in deliveries to clubs.

- Assists with preparation of NCAA games which are delivered to 32 member NFL clubs with the use of DVSport software for game preparation.

- Primary assistant with college inventory and record keeping on CGE app.

- Assists with daily processing of NCAA games for league wide distribution

Required Qualifications:

-College Degree

-Experience will be beneficial for performing expected CGE tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

College Degree

Other Key Attributes / Characteristics

-Record Keeping is required/Experience with Microsoft excel.

-Experience with DVSport, which is the editing system that all NCAA games are processed with, not required but preferred.
