Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring Seasonal Nursing Assistants (Clinical Associates) who are dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare.
In this role, under the guidance of our nursing staff, you will perform essential procedures to ensure the care, comfort, and safety of patients. Your contributions will directly influence the quality of care and patient satisfaction by addressing both their physical and emotional needs.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Must meet one of the following criteria:
Certified Nursing Assistant
Nursing student who has completed one medical-surgical clinical rotation
Three months of clinical care experience
Graduate of Winchester Hospital’s Nursing Assistant Program
To be considered for the Seasonal Nursing Assistant role, candidates must:
Be available to work full-time (32-40 hours/week) during the summer and college breaks, including alternating weekends
Be flexible with shifts (days/evenings/nights)
Be able to work one major holiday in the summer and one during winter breaks
Communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors, and team members for safety and quality reasons

Pay Range:
$19.50 - $26.24
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
