Job Category: Restaurant - Food ServicePLEASE NOTE: This position carries a Seasonal status, which means that employment will not exceed 120 days from hire. This position holds a contract between May 15th 2026, and September 15th, 2026. Employment will be separated after 120 days or prior to September 15th, 2026, whichever happens first. Seasonal positions do not offer any type of medical, dental or pending Insurace qualifications.
JOB PURPOSE: Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority.Be on time, clock-in and out in uniform.
- Make sure your stations are well stocked with linen, china, silverware, ice, coffee and teapots, etc.
- Make sure you have the appropriate food items needed, i.e. lemon, butter, cream, coffee, tea, etc.
- Turn in linen order for PM shift before noon with enough to cover AM shift for opening the next day.
- Check on water glasses, coffee cups and ashtrays.
- Maintain communication with the host person or manager to re-set tables as quickly as possible.
- Clear the table(s).
- Pick up clean linen.
- All chairs are to be dusted for crumbs, including wiping all chairs for liquids and stains.
- Provide general assistance to servers.
- Follow proper service procedures/techniques at all times.
- Assist fellow service personnel whenever possible and appropriate.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Travel to conferences.
- Entertain potential guests/clients.
- Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Constantly required to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Required:
- 18 Years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- Speak, write English fluently
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Food handler's permit (able to obtain within 30 days of hire)
