Seasonal Restaurant Busser | Gold Mountain Golf Club

Seasonal position expected to end on or around October 15th, 2026.

Fast Paced. Great Food. Lots of Fun. Bussers are responsible for making sure our restaurant shines for our guests! As a busser, you are vital to the operation; ensuring we have quick table turns, a clean restaurant and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You must exude a high level of hospitality. A Busser is responsible for items such as breaking down and resetting tables, cleaning, organizing, restocking and assisting guests. Bussers directly support servers and managers with a variety of tasks to keep the restaurant humming.

The Brass Tacks (What you’ll do):
Busser Duties
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave
• Reset tables according to restaurant standards
• Refill water glasses and assist with bread or chips service (if applicable)
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, and service stations
• Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, and supplies
Food Runner Duties
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and match ticket orders
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders
• Assist in running beverages and condiments as needed
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction after food delivery
Requirements:
The Nitty Gritty
• Customer service / Restaurant experience preferred
• Current Food Handler’s License
• 18+ years of age
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work A.M. or P.M. shifts including weekends & holidays. Open availability is preferred.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Wooded enclaves, rolling terrain and wide fairways are touted by the Cascade Course, with a long history of providing Championship golf in the Northwest. Stunning views and delicious cuisine combine to offer relaxation and great memories under the roof of Gold Mountain's clubhouse, as well as the ability to host 300 guests for special events. All classes of golfer - from novice to scratch - will find an enjoyable, playable experience. The outstanding conditioning of the courses matched the beauty of the setting. Gold Mountain Golf Club has hosted the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship and the 2015 NCAA Men's Regional Championship.
