The Breakdown:
The Burton Guide is the first point of contact for Burton end consumers, responsible for answering consumers´ requests via phone, email, webform and chat. The goal of the Burton Guides is to build trust by understanding and resolving the requests received in the best possible way. The person will work closely with the Ecom and Product Service Department to share knowledge and customer feedback, improve efficiency and productivity.
We're looking for a part-time candidate (20h/week, Monday - Friday afternoons) from the beginning of November until the end of March. Fluency in English is required; German and/or French are a plus.

Jake Burton Carpenter founded Burton Snowboards out of his Vermont barn in 1977, and dedicated his life to snowboarding and the outdoor lifestyle. Burton remains privately held and owned by the Carpenter family, and operates around the globe, including its headquarters in Burlington, Vermont and international offices in Austria, Canada, China, and Japan.
