Job Description

What You'll Do

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service to guests on the beach and in designated outdoor service areas.
• Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address concerns.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach service stations, storage areas, and equipment.
• Set up and break down beach service areas according to operational standards.
• Comply with all responsible alcohol service requirements and company policies.
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team

What We're Looking For

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Availability for weekends and holidays
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
