Are you ready to bring the magic of Christmas to life? We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and versatile Attractions Hosts to join our seasonal team.

This is a fast-paced, multi-skilled role where no two days are the same. From helping a child lace up their ice skates to guiding guests through our dazzling light trail, you will be the face of our festive event. Main Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Deliver SUPERHERO Service: Swoop in first! Take the initiative to greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a festive smile, anticipating their needs before they even have to ask.
• Guest Services Desk: Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, wayfinding, booking amendments, accessibility needs and general assistance.
• Grotto Magic: Check in excited families for their Santa’s Grotto timeslots smoothly and efficiently, keeping the magic alive.
• Light Trail Welcoming: Scan tickets at the light trail entrance with high energy, and warmly bid guests farewell at the exit.

Operational Excellence

• Skate Hire Management: Work in a high-footfall, fast-paced environment to hand out and collect ice skates rapidly while maintaining an organised desk.
• Car Park Marshalling: Guide arriving guests safely and efficiently to park their vehicles, ensuring a great first impression of the event.
• Site Cleanliness: Take pride in our event's appearance by litter-picking, wiping down tables, and changing bins to keep the site looking pristine.
• Grotto Support: Keep the Grotto cabins fully stocked with supplies so Santa and his elves are always prepared.

Health & Safety

• Ensure all guest areas remain tidy, presentable and free of hazards and debris.
• Adhere to all safe operating procedures in line with the training provided
• Promptly report any safety hazards, incidents, or lost children to the Duty Manager in line with company protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all guest-facing touchpoints.

Financial Requirements

• Drive Revenue: Proactively upsell tickets and packages at the Guest Services desk.
• Secure Transactions: Process ticket sales, upgrades, and bookings accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Stock Control: Responsibly manage and replenish Grotto stock, ensuring all inventory is accounted for

Key Characteristics & Qualities Required

• Adaptable & Resilient: A master of the "pivot like a pro" mindset, this role is multiskilled and therefore you must be ready to jump from car park marshalling to the guest services desk at a moment’s notice.
• Calm Under Pressure: Able to keep a cool head and a warm smile during peak times, especially at the busy skate hire desk.
• Exceptional Communicator: Clear, friendly, and engaging with guests of all ages (especially children!).
• Proactive & High-Energy: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a job and "make it happen" with "good energy only."
• Reliable Team Player: Committed to showing up on time, fully energized, and ready to support your fellow team members.
