
NFL Films is currently looking for a Seasonal Assistant Video Editor to work on various NFL Marketing campaigns. Must have 5+ years of previous experience working in a broadcast/film post production environment. Candidate needs to possess a strong work ethic, positive workplace approach, work well with others, and adapt in a quickly changing production environment.
Essential Functions
Assist editors with assembly, versioning, and finishing of marketing assets including promos, trailers, social clips, sizzles, branded content, and internal videos.
Prepare projects for edit by organizing footage, syncing audio, labeling assets, and maintaining clean timelines.
Create rough cuts, selects, string-outs, pull clips, and conform edits as assigned.
Work closely with marketing producers, editors, and creative leads to support quick turnarounds.
Track revisions and feedback from stakeholders.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and flag inconsistencies or QC concerns.
Perform QC checks on exports to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and technical standards.
Prep deliverables for multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
Maintain accurate naming conventions, folder structures, and documentation.
Assist with simple graphics creation and updates using After Effects and Photoshop.
