WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide our guests with exceptional customer service, while creating an atmosphere of authentic Hawaiian hospitality and Aloha.
Present a professional image and character in appearance,words,and actions.
Be an active participant inall Retail Department events and promotions.
Create and build positive relationships with our guests, homeowners,co-workers,and venders.
Striveto achieveallpersonalquantitativegoalssuch assales volumeandunits per transaction
EmbraceallFour SeasonResort Hualalai standards
Maintain awell organizedand safe working environment.
Participateinphysical store inventories.
Maintainvisualpresentationand merchandising standards.
Make sure that you are up to date on all communications.
Performallnecessarydaily store operationsincluding:cash and bankmanagement, floor security, POS transactions, stockroomorganizationand floorreplenishment.
Help to process all merchandise deliveriesin a timely mannerand remerchandise the selling floor as needed.
WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in the United States
Ability to accurately read and work with a variety of computer systems.
Possessonetothreeyears ofpreviousretailsalesexperience.
A sincere willingness to perpetuate the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai philosophy of Aloha and Ho’okipa to promote a warm and friendly atmosphere among staff, peers,guestsand residents.
Strongorganizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Capability of multi-tasking and functioning well under pressure.
Able to set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
Possess a high work ethic and sense of integrity.
Works with a sense of responsibility and purpose for the roles filled within our team.
Has a keen eye and interestforfashion, visualmerchandisingand the details of merchandise presentation.
