As an SEA/SEO Specialist, you will drive the visibility and performance of our digital platforms, owning both paid (SEA) and organic (SEO) strategies. You will work closely with marketing, content, and analytics teams to grow high-quality traffic, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our overall search presence through a data-driven approach.

SEA/SEO Specialist

Your area of responsibility

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, structures, and performance (ROAS, CPA, conversions).
• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical), including keyword research and performance monitoring.
• Integrate SEA activities with HubSpot, ensuring proper tracking, lead management, and funnel optimization.
• Analyze campaign and organic performance using GA4 and other tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to continuously improve performance and user experience.

This job is exactly right for you if...

• You have 3–6+ years of experience in SEA/SEO and a proven track record with Google Ads.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
• You have solid knowledge of SEO best practices, web analytics (GA4), and tracking/attribution.
• You are self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in an international environment.
• You are a team player with a proactive attitude.
• You are fluent in English.
