Purpose of the Role
To drive the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns through platformexpertise, performance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring strong business outcomes and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Campaign Management
Manage and optimise campaigns across:Search; Performance Max; Shopping; Demand Gen; and App Campaigns.
Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
Apply platform best practices andidentifyoptimisation opportunities.
Leverage audience targeting, measurement, and automation tools to improve results.
Experience with Search Ads 360 (SA360)isadvantageous
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyse campaign performance andidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities.
Track key metrics such as conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and revenue growth.
Translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations.
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and optimisation strategies to stakeholders.
Optimisation & Innovation
Execute testing strategies, including A/B testing.
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with analytics, strategy, creative, and data teams.
Utilise automation, AI tools, and emerging advertising technologies to enhance performance.
Stay informed on industry trends and Google platform developments.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns.
Communicate performance insights and recommendations effectively.

You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You
Have a Grade 12
Preferred qualification is abachelor’s degree in marketingor a related field.
Have 3-5 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a performance marketing environment.
Possess strong experience across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and App campaigns.
Have managed sizeable media budgets and delivered measurable business results.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can transform complex data into clear recommendations and actions.
Have strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Have an interest in digital innovation, automation, AI, and emerging marketing technologies.
